She was born at 11pm Oct 9th 1889 at Skirts of Foudland her father is named as George Gray farmer and her mother is Mary Gray m/s Florence
Aunt Katie remained a spinster I believe she was the daugter who stayed at home to help her mother in the kitchen and on the farm Later on she entered domestic service and was employed as a house keeper in Insch When her health failed following a nervous breakdown she went to live with her mother at 36 High Street
She died in the Royal Cornhill Hospital Aberdeen where she spent the last years of her life She had a history of depression and mental instability Her brother Sandy remained a faithful visitor throughout
